In this video, I’ll show you how to grow lettuce or other leafy greens in a soda can using the Kratky system. The Kratky system is a hydroponic method that does not use electricity, pumps, aeration. Everything is done naturally with time. It is a self-contained system and when set up properly, very low maintenance. This is a great way to teach kids about hydroponic methods and growing in general. There is no dirt involved which is very nice.
